1. Immigration and Customs

Foreign nationals must use the "Foreigners" immigration lines. Automated gates are available for select passport holders. Fill out the arrival card on the plane or pre-register via the Q-CODE app. Declare any items exceeding the duty-free allowance (approx. USD 800).

2. Baggage and SIM Cards

Check arrival monitors for your baggage belt number. Report lost luggage immediately at the airline's service desk. Buy a SIM card in the duty-free zone before exiting arrivals. SKT, KT, and LGU+ booths are all available.

3. Currency Exchange

Airport exchange rates are less favorable than city center offices. Exchange only ₩30,000-50,000 at the airport for initial transport, then use Myeongdong or Euljiro exchange offices. Hana Bank ATMs have relatively low foreign card fees.

4. Getting to the City

**AREX Express Train**: 43 minutes direct to Seoul Station. Regular train takes 66 minutes with stops. **Limousine Bus**: Direct routes to major areas with ample luggage space. Fares vary by destination. **Taxi**: Regular and premium taxis available 24/7. Expect ₩60,000-100,000 to central Seoul (toll fees extra). **T-money Card**: Works on the airport railway and buses.

5. Terminal 2 Users

Korean Air, Delta, Air France, and KLM use Terminal 2. Free shuttle buses run between terminals (approximately 15 minutes). Allow at least 30 minutes if you arrive at the wrong terminal.
